In 1994 the company obtained the accreditation of quality system UNI EN ISO 9003. This was updated to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 in 2003 and UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 in 2009

This enabled Sferc to introduce substantial improvements to the company, with particular regard and attention to production process. In addition the process provided Sferc with the opportunity to monitor the customer satisfaction, an essential aspect of our business strategy.
