The production process involves obtaining the balls for valves from a single work centre or using two or more machines. In the first case, thanks to our technologically advanced work centres, one can achieve the finished product in one batch, even performing complex and special processes on several sides. In both cases, the processes take place starting from bundled brass bars, from solid moulded brass balls or from moulded insert balls..
The product is handled by mechanisms for automatic loading and unloading or by robots specifically designed to optimise the processing times and save resources, both in the processing stage and when the product is finished.

The balls with an outer diameter up to 21 mm are made directly from a brass bar of the highest quality.

Insert balls can also be produced with a special reinforcement. This is achieved by setting a greater concentrated material thickness, particularly in the rod insertion area. The result is a significant increase of product resistance, which is already very good, thus enhancing the most heavy duty applications.
